13th Feb to 17th Feb

    During this week I started my new poem My Grandmother’s House.  I completed it by 2 classes and started the next poem solitude. I made sure I discussed all the poetic devices and rhyme scheme related to the poem.  I also gave them notes as per their teachers request. I completed Solitude by Friday. With that I was able to complete the Unit.

 On the last week of the teaching  phase Monday,  since it was a exam day we did not have any morning assembly.  I started the week by teaching them prepositions. On the very next day I conducted achievement test on the portions taught . All of them participated well. Then On Wednesday I distributed the answer sheets and discussed the answers. During the last two days , one day we were asked to help the teachers with the parents meeting.  And On Friday we signed our attendance register and left the school. 30 Jan to 3rd February

   I continued the play and made sure they were able to grasp along. I gave them necessary notes as per their teachers advice. I also gave the meaning of new words. I was able to cover the portions according to the lesson plan. The week went smoothly.
